License plate flipper Ralph the 🤡 evading toll road payments got caught by Precinct 8 and sent to the pokey.

On Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 2:35 PM, Precinct 8 Deputy Margison with Constable Phil Sandlin’s Office was traveling southbound on the East Sam Houston Tollway and observed a red Dodge Charger traveling at a high rate of speed. Deputy Margison caught up to the vehicle and observed the license plate to be covered. The vehicle drove through the EZ Tag reader and immediately after, the cover lifted revealing the license plate. Deputy Margison initiated a traffic stop near the 5900 block of the East Sam Houston and identified the driver as 21 year old Michael Ralph Trey Baros III. Further investigation revealed Baros had an electronic device installed on his vehicle designed to hide the license plate.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted charges for Possession of a License Plate Flipper. Baros was transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center where his bond was set at $100.
