This morning, families, friends, and co-workers gathered to celebrate the promotional ceremony for two personnel of the Pasadena Police Department. Officer A. Ontiveros and C. Wilkerson earned their new ranks as Sergeants, and each had their badge pinned on by a family member. Congratulations to both Sgt. Ontiveros and Sgt. Wilkerson on this significant achievement!
