Congratulations to Rayburn ECHS senior Taylor Vercher for being awarded a generous $2500 scholarship from the PISD Athletic Hall of Fame. As a student athlete and accomplished scholar, Taylor is the embodiment of Texan Pride and we could not be more proud of this young man!
